Rose Vasquez
Rose Vasquez is the Strategic Account Manager for AccentCare aka Texas Home Health in the Corpus Christi area. AccentCare is a leader in post-acute home healthcare services, providing care, guidance, and support for a wide variety of healthcare needs. Rose is also a CHW with the State of Texas. She is a co-facilitator for DFCCI on the education team.
Rose has been involved in senior care for over 5 years. Her heart and her passion are being able to help seniors in our community and surrounding areas, where she educates them about services in our area. Rose joined DFCCI because she wanted to be able to learn more about Dementia and be able to educate friends and family who have loved ones living with this disease.

OUTREACH ACTION TEAM
Sydnee Cissna
Sydnee Cissna is the Marketing Specialist and Social Media Coordinator for Devoted Healthcare and Hospice Services, LLC, a locally owned and operated hospice care provider in Coastal Bend. She also volunteers her time as the co-facilitator for the DFCCI Outreach Action team.
Sydnee graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville in 2017 with a bachelor's of business administration with a concentration in marketing. Many members of her family, as well as friends, have been diagnosed with Dementia or other cognitive illness so when asked to join the Corpus Christi initiative she gladly jumped at the opportunity. Being a part of DFCCI gives her the ability to become an advocate for the patients she cares for, family, friends and her beloved community members.

James Hamilton CDP. PLwD.
James Hamilton was a professional speaker, professional college student, father of 3 sons, businessman, a teacher in Advanced Sciences and Mathematics, AND a standup comedian. His current profession is as an advocate living with progressive vascular dementia. He is a certified dementia professional, a member of dementia-friendly communities in Texas, and a Master trainer in dementia.
